Noen som vet om det er noe mer enn regulatoren som må byttes dersom man skal bygge om fra negativ jord til positiv jord(-73 Eldorado)
Og hvor får man bygget om en turteller til å fungere som nevnt over? _________________ -----------------------

Om temaet bytte av negativ/positiv jord skulle være aktuelt for noen så er det visstnok ganske rett frem slik;
1) Disconnect the battery and rotate 180 in the tray (assuming top post type and unless your cables are extra long).
2) Reverse the wiring on the ignition coil.
3) Reverse the wiring on the ammeter gauge in the dash (doesn't apply if you have an idiot lite).
4) Reconnect the battery with NEG grounded, POS going to starter.
5) Repolarize the generator
6) If your regulator is only POS polarity, then you'll have to get a new one that is dual polarity (NAPA VR325). You can tell because you won't see a charge on the ammeter if it's the wrong type.
The starter, T-L motor and vacuum tube radio do not care about polarity.
When converting from positive to negative ground, don't forget to re-gap the spark plugs. Positive ground have a closer gap of around .028 while negative ground needs around .035
"You need to know the difference in the method of polarizing between an INTERNAL-ground generator and an EXTERNAL-ground generator. To determine which system you are dealing with look at the brush holder that is connected to ground. An internally grounded generator will also have ONE of the field leads connected to it; an externally grounded gene will have no other wire connected to the grounded terminal. With an INTERNAL ground (such as the generators used on Guzzis) you polarize by DISCONNECTING the FIELD lead and MOMENTARILY touching it to the BAT terminal on the regulator. With an EXTERNAL ground you just momentarily connect a jumper wire from the BAT to the GEN or ARM terminals of the regulator." _________________ -----------------------
